Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- We currently ship only within the continental United States.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
- Orders with an insufficient or incorrect address that are returned to us will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of the shipping label.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us promptly at support@theeternalforge.com and we will do our best to assist.
Free Shipping Policy
- Free shipping applies exclusively to Funko products (including Funko Keychains, Bitty Pops!, Exclusives, and similar items).
- Free shipping does not apply to Trading Card Game (TCG) products or TCG accessories.
- Orders that include a mix of Funko and TCG products are not eligible for free shipping.
- To qualify, the order must consist of Funko products only.
Pre-Order Policy
- Any order that includes a pre-order item will be held and shipped once all items in the order are available.
- If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock products.
