- Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- We currently ship only within the continental United States.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
- Orders with an insufficient or incorrect address that are returned to us will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of the shipping label.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Free Shipping Policy
- We offer free standard shipping on all eligible storewide orders over $89 within the continental United States.
- The $89 minimum is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
- Free shipping applies to all product categories, including Funko products, Trading Card Game (TCG) products, TCG accessories, and mixed orders.
- Orders with a qualifying subtotal of $89 or more will automatically receive the applicable free standard shipping option at checkout.
- Expedited or upgraded shipping services are not included in the free shipping offer and may be purchased at the rates displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping is currently available only within the continental United States.
Pre-Order Policy
- Any order that includes a pre-order item will be held and shipped once all items in the order are available.
- If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock products.
