Refund & Return Policy

We want to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all customers. Please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for Funko products that arrive damaged.

  • All non-Funko items are final sale and not eligible for return
  • Funko Blind Boxes are final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstances
  • Return requests made for any other reason, including buyer’s remorse, box condition preferences, or ordering errors, will be declined

Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

How to Start a Return (Self-Service Required)

All returns must be initiated through your account on our website.

  • Log into your account
  • Locate your order
  • Click “Request Return”

Return requests submitted outside of this system will not be accepted.

Required Damage Photos

All return requests must also be accompanied by an email sent to support@theeternalforge.com including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the damage to the Funko product(s)
  • Images of the packaging (if applicable)

Failure to provide sufficient proof of damage will result in the return being denied.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. If a return is approved, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy. Customers wishing to receive a replacement item must place a new order.

Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval status
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the restocking fee
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned with all original packaging and contents. We reserve the right to deny returns if items are further damaged, incomplete, or altered.
